with due honour I beg to state that I am a policy holder of LIC of india.which policy no is 437443968, DOC-28/03, T/T-174/20, SA-50, 000/-.The agriment between lici & me is every 4 years I shall get 10% of sum assurance as money back or S.B.Now, I have covered 4 years on 27/03, but I have not get any amount cash or chaque from lici..
I am visited maney time to the branch mannager & other related officers of Arambagh branch office, but all of them neglet the subject.there after I have complained to lici zonel office (033 22545454) on 22/04/10 & 26/04. after contruct on 26/04/10... zonal office call me at 5:59pm same day & they had tell me that 'due to some official problem your chuque is missing (chuque no 240436) from our office... please presence some days, branch office will issue a new chaque after confermation of stope payment from bank.'
I have also contruct senior dev. mannager on his personal mobile no (09432065640) on 22/04.he collect my policy no. Today I visit the B.M, he tell me for a writen request & also I submited a writen request to the branch office.
So I requested you for justic & an early action on your part is highly solicited.
