Worst service ever seen

I placed a order with 98.4 Punjabi Bagh at 8.15 PM today and have been waiting since then. I have called the store at least 10 times and I have been told 10 minutes every time. Its 11.02 now and till now no one has come with the delivery. MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE! Now no one is picking up the phone. Worst bloody service.
