We bought a Davidoff Champion perfume from Reliance Timeout store in Ambiance Mall Gurgaon. This perfume seemed to be in a properly sealed packing (plastic cover). When we opened this bottle at home it seemed like the spay nozzle was malfunctioning. Hence we went back to the store next day in hope of a speedy solution to this matter. It was discoved that the bottle was completely empty. Instead of looking into this matter the sales guy and store manager tried to blame us of using up the whole 90ml perfume bottle in 1 day. Once we got back to our home we again got a call from the store trying to blame us that we used up the bottle in one day.
We advise the consumers to ask the sales person at the store to open the bottle and check it.
