Cheated by a doctor and patho La

I was ill and had called Dr. Jagdish Pawar from Saraogi Hospital in Oshiwara at my place, The doc charged me enormous for two glucose bottles and went out leaving me, On complete glucose transfer i disconnected it but the blood remained out, i started shaking terribly, doctor suggested to get test done (Blood count, ESR, HIV, VDRL, blood Sugar, Hepetities) and to pay 6300 at saraogi hospital, which i did. Later on my condition became worse and had to be hospitalized at Ambani Hospital, Also when i called later to Aarti laboratory from where the reports had come, i was informed that the tests cost only Rs 2800 and the doc had charged me 3500 extra. I called up at Saraogi hospital complaining the matter who said that it was none of their matter, however they will 'request' the doctor (Jagdish Pawar) to take action. I called up Aarti Lab but there was no action and on speaking to Dr. Pawar, he threatened me that he knows all police and ministers. Pls take relevant action. I have all the bills regarding the matter.thanks
