Hi i am vivek vyas.i want to complain against dr.b.s.shekhawat.he is a psychiatric from kota.my father was taking treatment of bipolar maniac for 4years.he prescribed him lithium teb.according to medical science lithium teb should be prescribed under patho.observation cause it's toxicity has drastic effects.electrolytic test should be perform every mounth to measure lithium level in body but DR.B.S.SHEKHAWAT never prescribe any test... and Chlorpromazine can precipitate lithium toxicity and is dangerous for life if taken and DR.B.S.SHEKHAWAT prescribed it... my father when lithium level abruptly increased in blood first he got anxious and then lost his memory and then went in coma... DR.B.S.SHEKHAWAT still want to continue with lithium and Chlorpromazine.he didnt have any idea about lithium toxicity.and admit my father in psychiatric ward while it was a case of medicine department.when my fathers condition got worst he started to blame us and told us to leave hospital when we force him then he referred us to medicine ward, it was a general ward while patient was in coma.then after 5days when my sister suggest him for lithium test then he got to know about the real problem but it was too late cause my fathers condition was extremely serious and it took 3days to get report.now my father got neurological problem[cerebral tuberculosis]he was unable to move got slur voice and unable to recognize us.when we got angry on dr.he told us that he is fine now slurred voice is because of hypoglycemia... and because of weakness he is unable to walk after some time he will be alright and he wanted us to discharge him.we were hopeless we moved to Jabalpur medical college under treatment of dr. anup sahni he gave treatment for lithium toxicity and my father got normal within 4days.but he is now diabetic and his both of eyes has glucoma.
