a Temple of Greed, misconduct, patient abuse and total medical apathy!!
Take Your Patient there if you wanna lose them or lose your bank balances..while both Dr Chopra brothers roll out in front of you in chaffeur driven BMWs and leave you in agony!
Modus Operandi of Aashlok Owners & Staff:
i) A walk-in patient in OPD / Emergency, is declared critically and gravely ill, asked to immediately admit in ward
ii) For a small problem, a battery of Diagnostics, Radiology and Pathology tests are done to ensure min Rs 15-16 K bill
iii) Dr Ashwin or Alok Chopra will keep visiting the patient room (while adding Rs1500 per visit), trying to convince you for a major surgery, in whose absence patient would die..
Smart Step:
a) They'll not give you any Pre-surgery Estimate (as essentially required and professionally provided in other hospitals).
b) Upon insistence, they'll give you a verbal quote of amount which seems reasonable.
iv) Once your surgery is done, they'll hike it by atleast Rs 35-70K and from there, patient & attendant's goose chase begins- Dr. Ashwini Chopra will avoid meeting you, avoid eye-contact, shout in reply and will ask you to stretch on till another finite amount is added to bill.
Caution Note:
Pls ask for Written Pre-process/ Pre-treatment tentative Estimate
Pls do cross-check Pharmacy Bill as they inflate same by Rs 9- 11 K
Overall- Avoid going to that greed laden, dirty and cub-hole of hospital
