Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that our Ecoflac stocks booked through Safex on 29/09 is not yet received by us. We are regularly following with safex, with the LR number : 28375106, but they are not able to deliver it.

Always they replies us that they will try to deliver within 2 days.

I request please put a word to Safex HO and tell them to deliver stocks Immediately.
