Damaged within three days of purchase

RP Telebuy skyshop Pvt Ltd delivered an AB Circle Pro to us on 19.01.2012. Within three days it became defective. We have informed over phone for about 50 times. But no response from their part. I am grateful if my money is refunded by taking back the machine.
