Extremely Bad behaviour of Hospital Staff

I was admitted in Mittal hospital, Ajmer on 8th April for a surgery but because of the extremely bad behaviour and misguidance of the cash counter staff (Ms Sonia), TPA executive (Mr Vinod Pandey) and other Jr. Doctors we had to leave the hospital without getting the surgery done.

Mr Pandey and Ms Sonia had some deal between themselves and they both tried to confuse us by saying two different things. Mr Pandey asked us not to give any money because we had approval from the health insurance company, however Miss Sonia pestered us to deposit the money. When I asked Miss Sonia to have a conference call between Me, her and Mr Pandey so that I can clarify on the correct process, She refused saying that she doesn't have rights to do conference call. May be she is not educated enough to know how to do a conference call. I am Not Sure, but I feel (just my feeling) that these two are corrupt people and were trying to make some money from us.

This issue is not about paying Rs 21000 (surgery cost). It is about the MISGUIDANCE that Mr. Vinod Pandey provided us and the extremely RUDE and insulting behavior of the staff.

I request you to look into this matter ASAP.
