Dear Sir,

I am working for a MNC company under BPO pay rolls. On 7th of April my wife had given birth to a baby girl. As per BPO we were informed pergancy claim will be given & we were tied up with insurance company "Medi assist" with ID 5002597736.After pregnancy as per process all required documents were forwarded. But later it is informed that insurance company has been changed to National Insurance. Again from first all the documents were made and sent in the month of July. When we sent all the documents to BPO"Talent pro". After two months in the month of Oct dated 5th it is informed that claim has been rejected.reason is late submission.

I want to ask BPO company & Insurance company,

1) Employee's are not informed about the change of insurance company.

2) New company cards were recived in the month of August.

3) Insurance company is changed it is not fault of employee.

on regular basis am following with BPO they are no way bothered.

Please help me out and suggest me since one year am fighting with BPO.

Hope i can get justice.
