We have confirm the resevaration with them for your group of 70 pax on 05/05 . by paying the advance of 100000 lakh rupess . but there was mail form there delhi of mr gaurav that.on 17/05by mistake of our reservation department we have missed the below reservation. We regret for the same. We will refund your advance of Rs 1 Lac in your account by tomorrow.just 3 days before are check in.now we have no hotel to stay in manali. we have the libality of 300000 lakh rupess.= 70 pax family.on street. management is not responding.
