Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed all the vital details above, I was adviced by Eye Foundation Coimbatore to buy this drug from the Coimbatore Office, Door No. 82-B-8, Shop no. 2&3, IInd Floor Coimbatore 641018. When enquired at the office they gave me 2 options, Pay Rs. 45000 plus for each drug or a package deal of Rs 1, 16, 934 upfront for 3. "My very next question was, what if we are not able to use the drug" so I will take the 1st option buy each drug at that time and why should I block big monies? was the one thing running in ny mind. The person at the office then told me sir an amount of more than 20, 000 will be the difference and incase the doctor fails to use the drug, the drug is only at my office and not at the hospital, so anytime we will refund the amount. This sounded right and I could trust Novartis, Also it is a pharmacy product used on trust so I was in no position to deny and accepted the deal. The doctor used 2 viles and then asked us to wait some time. Now the doctor says, that dose is not required and suggested another treatment.
When I have now explained to NOVARTIS COIMBATORE, they had me talk to Mr. Senthil Nathan Chennai. 9840771163, I had him contacted on the 13th of September and he said he will find out and let me know. Today on 15th September, in our converstion was very rude, lacked proffessional talk and also was denying on my RIGHTS, and asking me to settle this issue with the person who gave me this drug. I trusted only Novartis and got this drug not the person at the desk. Please help.
I now request Novartis to invetigate this case and do the needful. We have paid Rs. 1, 16, 934 upfront in cash and got this drug. It is the doctor who decides the treatment, The drug is at Novartis office and not the hospital, and moreover the word that Novartis India Limited Coimbatore office assured us and a big amount of rs. 40, 000 plus is at stake. Please help us get our rightful money.
