A Claim Of 45033 was put on the oriental insurane company pvt. limited under the policy..inspite of submitting all the required documents on time to Raksha TPA, i Got the claim cheque of only 10000. Inspite of sending couple of reminders there was no response by the company and i dont see any reason to withhold my balance amount of rs 35033.there are also various other issues by which the company is trying to misguide their clients.
