Light gone when m teeth scaling

16/5 i have appointment for my teeth scaling, when i have my number the light is out of order . and when i asked what is this they told if when we scaling any person and light gone they told kindly take ur next appointment,

they have no backup plans to controlled this situation.

even they have 2 generators arroung the buildling.

then i think this is india
