Sir,
Me and my father, we have invested in Panjon Pharma Ltd in the nature of Fixed Deposit. Our receipts are due and along with the Original Fixed Deposits we received Post Dated Cheques for the amount invested and the interest. Upon depositing the cheques in the bank the cheques have bounced back, been trying to call all the numbers listed over the net and on the receipts but none of them seem to work.
Request you to kindly advice us what could be the best course of action to be take in order to retrieve our funds from the company.
