Over Charging & Rude Behaviou

We got one surgery done in this TPA Networked hospital under medicalim Insurance. Hospital asked us to deposit some security amount which we did. At time of discharge & once payment approval from TPA has come in, the Hospital refused to return the security amount citing dubious reasons. They even threatened to manhandle my parents & showed a very rude & unprofessional behaviour. They literally gone back to what was agreed package & asked the surgeon (employee of hospital) who did negotiation earlier to get out of picture. Pasricha Hospital management was very greedy & did not know how to deal with patients. They were of the view that patient must pay something from their pocket as well in case of insurance cases.

I would advise patiens to be cautious while relying on verbal assurance.
