I need birth certificate for my baby from KMC kolkata but they refuse to give saying that birth report not received from the hospital.now every one konws AMRI dhakuria hospital closed due to fire.so can you suggest to get birth certificate from KMC or birth report doc from the hospitals. my baby birth date is 02 aug.
