I have taken a health policy under portability scheme from Appolo Munich Health Insurance in Jan.my previous policy was from Star Health Insurance but when i register for insurance claim on 09/06, when i came to know that my policy is not under portability scheme and they told me my policy is fresh policy .company executive till date told me my policy is under portability policy scheme.
