Want to deduct my amount of broadband for three months

I hav got fed up of the behaviour of ur executives due to their fake commitment . my internet connection is not working from 17 august till 30 november.no action has taken between these dates .i have registered my complaint many times but no executive has got visited me .my connection has cut off due to non payment for three months. iwill pay but i wont pay d amount of broadband connection. so i want full waive off on my broadband amount .my account no is 16307551 and connection is on the name of santosh mittal .my email address is [email protected] .please take action on thiis as soon as possible and reactivate my account as iam facing many problems due to non working of my connection.
