I ordered a BATA sandals for Rs.500 (order no:10017051) on 14th june. The payment was through netbanking (Indian Overseas Bank). I got a mail from CC Avenue stating that the transaction was a failure but the amount of Rs.500 was detucted from my account. When I contacted the bank they said that the transaction was success from their end. What should I do now?
