Dear Sir,
I applied for a new broadband connection from Asianet on 8th June. I paid for 3 months in advance and also deposit for the modem. I was told that the connection will be given in 3 days. There was no response for my follow ups and after waiting for 15 days and with so many calls to the local asianet office, I got connection on 23 June. It worked for 2 Hours and then stopped. I made so many complaints to the customer care but never got a proper response. Later on 28th June, I made request for cancelling my connection and make refund for the amount paid by me. There is no proper response for this also. Please let me know how can I get my money back.
