Supply of iPad

Dear Sir,

I had paid Rs.199/- vide HDFC reference No. CCA11KEWT322 dated 7 Nov. 2011. I had requested them either to send back my money i.e. 199/- or send the iPad as promised by them. Till date they even bother to reply to mail.

Please let me know how toget my money?
