My name is Ms Arun Bala Verma and I am a cutomer of Airtel Broadband. My Airtel Account No. is 15107934 and my address is "House No. 40F, Block CC, DDA LIG Flats, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064" My Broadband Plan is "Max 30GB (2Mbps/256Mbps) Plan" and Fixed monthly rental is 1299.00. I am experiencing fraudulant and inflated bills by adding irrevalent charges since last many months. For example my Bill No. 619572461 dated 26-Nov-11 shows following charges, which are not mentioned in anywhere in Airtel Broadband brochures or in Airtel broadband website;
"dsl usage charges = Rs. 1140.00"
I request airtel to correct the mistake by removing "dsl usage charges" from my current bill and pay back all previously charged amoiunt agaist this.
