Non cancellation of transaction which was not performed due to delay approval from Bank

Dear Sir,

I have made a transaction through my credit card No. 4718610002848837on 19.12.2009 for purchase of tickets of Essel World for Rs. 2460/- which was not approved by AXIS Bank Credit Card Division till 21.12.2009 (Date of Visit in Essel World). Since on non -receipt of payment from Axis Bank the Essel World, Mumbai has not allowed to enter me on 21.12.2009. On being inquired from Customer Care it has been informed that the said transaction is pending and it can be cancelled from Merchant end, on simply sending fax from Essel World. I have made another transaction of Rs. 2460/- on dated 21.12.2009 to enter the Essel world. The fax related to cancellation of said transaction has already with me and acknowledgment of the same is with me. On further being enquired from AXIS Bank on 27.12.2009 I have been informed that the same transaction cannot be canceled as the said transaction has been approved.

Since the essel Wold has not performed the services on account of payment the tranaction dated 19.12.2009 should be cancelled as it is a major lapse on part of Bank who did no provide me services which required to given to a loyal customer like me, hence you are requested to help me to cancel the above transaction at the earliest.
