Wrong debit of Amount 17360.00 from my Account

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i am account holder in Axis Bank & my account no is 037010100642859 .

On dated 13-Aug-11 my account has been debited for Rs : 17360.00 . I have complaint to Axis cutomer care vide complaint no. 5385257 on dated 13-Aug-11 & We are continous followup with [email protected] & still we have no resolution on that.

these transiction not made by me.

Requested to Please help on that.
