Sir i m a user of bsnl broad band. i have taken modem on rent from bsnl..we have 2 pay rent monthly for modem... and it has been said by bsnl that any problem related to modem will solve by bsnl...
but my modem is out of service from approx 2 month and i have called in bsnl exchange..many times but not get solution yet...
sir i want to return my money back of previous two month... and new modem
