Non delivery of product even after full payment

I have ordered for a product from bag it today on 12/04. They were supposed to deliver the product within 2 to 3 weeks. The product is not delivered till date. Whenever I call them, they are telling that their system is down and that the product is confirmed and it will be dispatched within a week. I called them thrice, but they are still giving me the same replies. Requesting urgent action
