I am a regular online shopper and I work for an MNC.
Never before had I faced any problem, until the time I placed and order with BagItToday.
The order demanded full payment prior to delivery. I transferred the sum of Rs 549 for a Reebok folding bag and Mtv Sunglasses (Order Id. 1007226524).
After the order I waited, but these products never came to my doorstep. On writing several emails to them, a customer care rep called and confirmed my address. Then I waited for another month, exchanging emails.
Finally someone called saying, I had returned half the order.
How and why will I return half the order when I desperately wanted to have them.
After that I asked them to re send it but again after 15 days wait nothing.
Finally I wanted refund to which they agreed. But even after giving them 14 working days to process my refund request, I have got nothing.
They have even stopped replying to my e mails.
Please help me out!! I am loosing faith on online shopping. This fraud must be stopped.
