I had booked a sony ericsson mobile phone model no c905, transaction ID 880136068, on 11 july 10 through phone call from bagittoday.Com. I was repeatedly told by the call centre representative who assisted me in making this purchase that I would receive rs 25000 worth diamond jewellery free. On repeated questioning he assuaged me that all the five vouchers of rs5000 each could be clubbed together as rs 25000 and used to make a purchase of rs 30000 and above at suratdiamonds.Com wherein I would be given a discount of rs 25000. However, on calling their call center on 12 july 10, I was told by mr adil, the team leader that a mistake had been commmitted and the vouchers cannot be clubbed together. Correspondingly, I chased the case for the last one year and I have proof in the form of emails exchanged to show that company finally agreed to provide me with holiday vouchers worth rs 15, 000. This was promised to me on the mail and accordingly I sent three dds of rs 800 each on 24/04. However, ever since, they have been repeatedly rejecting my calls and nor have they paid any attention to my demands. Hence, my total loss has far exceeded the previous amount.
