There is one co. named "Mega Deals" which claims that they are associated with SBI and are offering free Holidays & gifts. I have done an online transaction of Rs 6349/-. I was promised that I shall receive a Rs 2500/- worth Reebok wrist-watch & some other other free vouchers which was received by me. The watch they have sent is available at Dadar Stn for Rs 100/-, the gift vouchers they have sent are have the expiry date and are already expired before I receive them. Also they promised, I will be receiveing free holiday package which I can use within an year but when I reacived there were discounted coupons instead of free holiday package. The helpline no provided by them is also bogus which is : 8826264443
Please don't get associated with such bogus & fake customers. I was told on the phone that you don't pay this amount to SBI if you are not satisfied. I have already made payment and now seeking for refund.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
