I was misguided on the product and the free gift that the employees from bagittoday had promised. I have spent Rs.18000 on shopping which includes a camcorder worth 11300 which is very inferior to the quality promised. Its actual cost in the market is not more than rs.3000. I feel cheated and misguided by the people from bagittoday. their free gift facility was also compltely misguiding which led me to purchase the products.
Now the required action is not being taken even by them and my grievance is not being properly addressed. They have agreed that I was misguided but I have no cooperation from their side in solving this issue.
