I am a customer of bank of baroda, 100 feet road, Indiranagar since Sept. Since I do all my transcation either by Atm or Cheque. so I thought to apply for Internet banking. I went to the bank on May 3rd. I asked here there to get a form, nobody (staff) is interested. and ask here and there.at last I have applied for Internet banking. Till know I have not received any Kit. last week when I called the bank, said that they had sent to Mumbai.almost 15 days past.no email or anything I received. The attitude of the staff is very poor. Even they are not interested to give the information on pamplets pasted on the board (investment, policy etc.). Even now a days Govt. offices are much better way respond.
