Suggets Shell I pay the DD delivery charges before receiving the DD

Dear team,

Please suggest and guide me I have recived a email that for getting winning Amt DD, first I have to Pay Delivery Charges to Atlas Courier Express Ltd, at India to local HDFC bank A/c no:01201050190704 in the name of KH LEADERSON. Is it the valid a/c and should I make a cash deposit of this bank a/c.

kindly suggest for further financial dealing with same company or not.
