Hi, I bought Beam broadband connection in April. Its was running good for couple of months and then suddenly few things started happening. My internet connection never works on Saturday & Sunday. So I haven't used internet since June on weekends. I have been calling Beam Tele since then.
Above all my problem was never solved. Every call lasts for 10-15 mins. I have wasted lot of money on calls.
I was thinking to quit, but then the biggest problem of my life was that I have paid them for 6 months in advance. I dont know if this guys will return my money back. I am just tired of calling them again and again.
I can suggest only one thing to others... DON'T GO FOR BEAM
