I have registered for beam cable's broadband installation. I paid the bill on 30th september. They promised me to get the connection done by 10th October. Since then i have been calling the customer care regarding the broad band installation. They say, within 24 hours we will get the installation done. Now it is nearly one month since i paid the bill and no one comes to install the cable and nobody cares about my problem though i had informed them many a number of times
