They are charging me when I have already have asked them to degrade the service

Hi,

I jobin Thomas am difficulty with beam my registered beam number is 7799695143 and account email address is [email protected].

These guys are charging me for something I have asked to degrade I am currently on 1020 plan I have asked the customer. Serivce agent to degrade it to 400 plan long before on march they failed to degrade and I had to pay the extra money and since then I have all the ticket numbers and was confirmed by them that I did make a complaint and from till them I had no response regarding it they have already disconnected my service the nodal officer all their promises are in vain and no update regarding it.

I need help, please advice on how to go ahead.
