I have taken a Beam broadband internet service subscription on 5th March.
since 20th march I haven't been able to connect to the internet. I have been calling up the customer support people every night. They simply open a service ticket. The same gets closed without any confirmation with me on the resolution of the issue. I have been complaining about the same issue 4 days in a row. They said they have raised a priority ticket and the will be resolved ASAP. But, no resolution has been provided yet. Vexed with the attitudes and pathetic service, I asked them to terminate the service and refund my money (as I have paid the rental for 6months in advance). They are saying that they cannot refund the same. This is sheer looting of public money in the name of business. Companies like these should be banned and booked for fraud.
