New Broadband Connection

Hi,

When I started calling Beam customer Service for a new conection, they said that it would take 48 Hours to give me a new connection. But even after 3 days, I didn't get any response. I called again and insisted for immediate connection. Then their executive reached me to collect required documents and connection fee and then he said it would take another 48 hours to give me connection. i waited 2 more days and called customer care saying my receipt number and complete history of my case. They again saying it would take another 48 hours to give me connection. Still it is not ended. it is going on...

Highlights:

1. My home is at center of city that is Kukatpally near to all communication channels.

2. Nobody from Beam would give us mobile numbers of any person whom they reporting to or area incharge or anybody to escalate.

3. There would a third party giving such connections so Beam itself doesn't know it would be done.

The reason I am still choosing Beam is becuase I came to know that speed is good. But I am ended up with lot of struggle in getting this new connection.

This is the very poor quantlity service from BEAM fiber/BEAM tele.
