REGARDING BILL PAYMENT

THIS IS MY SECOND YEAR CONNECTION OF INTERNET.OUR 1ST YEAR PLAN OF RS.7000 ENDED IN OCTOBER.DUE TO CONFUSION, WE PAID BILL IN NOVEMBER.YESTERDAY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE REGARDING DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE IF NOT PAID BILL OF RS1190/- OF THAT PERIOD OCTOBER- NOVEMBER NOW.SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ADJUST THIS BILL AND WE WILL PAY THE NEXT YEAR PAYMENT IN SEPTEMBER (ONE MONTH BEFORE). SIR BECAUSE I THINK ITS EQUAL FAULT OF YOURS OF NOT UPDATING US WITH THIS BALANCE ON TIME AND THEN HIKING THE BILL TO SUCH LARGE AMOUNT, FROM THAT TIME I WAS INFORMED YESTERDAY ABOUT THIS BALANCE WHICH I WASN'T AWARE.SO I REQUEST YOU SIR TO PLEASE KINDLY DO A FAVOUR AND ADJUST MY BILL AND I WILL PAY NEXT THE BILL A MONTH BEFORE.
