I am one of the users of Beam Cable (Beam Tele); my account number is “130705”. I don’t have internet from last 3-4 days, I have raised many raising tickets (around 4-5 tickets) from last 3-4 days but they are closing the tickets without solving my problems. Overall I have very bad experience on this Beam Cable Broadband connection. As I have paid for six months payment, I am locked now, is there any way to return back my money? I want to proceed with some other provider.
