Delay of internet connection nearly one week above

We had given check on 11th of August and they said we will get connection by 13th of august, but till now i mean 20th of august no response from them, i asked them to connect with concerned person, but no one is responding and replying same thing that within 24 hrs u will get internet connection daily they are doing same thing, plz take proper action
