I took Beam Internet connection on 6th April then I shifted my house and requested for shifting the connection to new place on 26th May. But it’s been almost 1 month they have not yet shifted the connection and keep on giving excuses that internet box needs to be installed in your locality and will be resolved within 48 hours. Since then I am calling customer support twice a week, neither they are providing the connection not they are ready to refund the balance amount. No one from customer support responds properly in addition, the technician visits and leaves saying box needs to be installed and upon asking the installation date / time they are so rude. There is no proper communication at all between the support executive, area manager and the technician. At the time of connection, I was told that beam do provide internet in that new locality. Even at the time of new connection it was a hell for me. Paid the amount on 20th Mar 12 and I was promised to get the connection in two days but upon many calls and follow ups I received connection on 6th Apr.
