Beam Tele was quick to come when we requested for a new connection. They sent a guy who took 6 months advance and who has now disappeared. He does not pick up calls or reply to sms. The customer care service raises a new ticket every time i contact them and have nothing to do but to escalate the issue which brings back no results. I have receipts and all email communication from them which i am willing to use against them and get back my money along with compensation for the lack of service and thief like activity.
