Dear Sir,
I applied for BROADBAND in the first week of AUG. Application No. is: 1207001
However, I was informed after several phone calls to CC that my application cannot be executed due to non-availability of cables in my area.
Hence, I asked for repayment of Rs.500/- advance paid them. I complained more than 3 times still I have not got the refund.
My latest complaint request No. is: 3925174 (12.09.2011) and the due date for the same was: 20.09.2011. Till now I have not got the refund amount.
I haven't got any message or action taken from anyone from Airtel and I seek your kind intervention to settle the issue at the earliest. I fed up in making calls continuously, which had gone in vain.
Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount in 3 days time.
