Beware of Beam. Do you know the Beam is getting record complaints, on and average 7200 complaints per day as per their Ticket Nos. As per this data we came to know more than 7200 customers are facing technical problems and service. Practically in my case I have been facing problem since 2weeks and not getting solved by their Half Knowledge Service Staff. They are very prompt in taking payment, the same promptness is not finding service. I decided to comeout from Beam and looking for good and genuine connection. Can anybody suggest me to which one is best, as per some of my friends suggestion to take Airtel Connection. Is it OK? My sincere request is do not go for Beam Connection, who are interested in taking Beam connection.. It is Worst Service.- Well Wishe
