There is no Customer Care service at all in Beam. You call customer care only to find "User Busy" and when call is connected and complaint/request is done NO ACTION is taken.
I had applied for a new internet connection and told the executive that due to official work I need it within 24 hours. The executive came within 30 mins to collect the money and promised me that the connection will be done within 24 hours.
A technitian came and done the wiring the next day by didn't provide the jack (socket to connect to PC) and said he will come next day as Password is not sent to my mail id/mobile so far.
After that I kept on asking to Customer care but no action was take for next 5 days. I called the executive whom I paid for new connection but he didn't pick up my call at all. I contacted area manager also but he said he didn't have any information from Call Center.
I'm still waiting for the connection to be done.
I suggest everyone to take connection from any reputed ISP who at least could listen to our complaints.
