My Name is Vijay Jose. I have an Internet connection with Beam Telecom.

My Account Number with Them is 105438.

They Have a real pathetic customer service. My Internet is not working from past 2 weeks.

I tried calling them everyday. And everyday they register tickets for me which is never resolved. No one has tried to resolve this.

I am not sure if you can actually helo me in this.

I am paying the service every month on a regulalr basis.

I believe they need to pay more attenion to me.
