Hi,
I have applied for new connection with Beam Telecom on 27-Feb receipt no. BT/NCR/27353. Executive visited my house and collected cash of Rs.3000 and promised me that new connection will be provided in 5 days. Now it is 15 days and even after repeated calls to customer care (040-66272727) the connection is not provided yet. I try to contact the executive (9912830808-Bhaskar) and he doesn't even answer his phone seeing my number. The supervisor of customer care department says it may take 24 more hours and this continues every day. When I ask to cancel the connection, he says it takes 15 to 20 days to refund the amount.
Now, tell me why should we suffer (wait for 15 - 20 days) to even get back the money which we have paid. Please help in filing a strong complaint case againt Beam Telecom, so that they don't repeat this again to other customers.
