Hi,
I have paid money Rs. 4675/- for broadband connection (6 months package) on 2nd April and got the connection on 4th April. My account number is 186608. From 16th April onwards the internet connection was not working and I have given the complaint and the Ticket No:1990847. Everyday I keep calling the customer support number to register the complaint again and without addressing the issue, the complaint was closed everyday. My last complaint id is 2020940 and 2018467. For the last one week the complaint was not addressed and whole purpose taking internet connection is gone now. I request you to address the problem immediately and compensate for the loss of connection which is a week time. As the service was not given by the service provider, I request you to disconnect the service and refund the money back as the fault is from yourside. Thank you.
