Dear Sir/Madam
I am from Hyderabad. I have opted for Beam Telcom Broadband connection and called thier customer care. On 02/MAR their executive came to my house and collected cheque for Rs. 2300 and promised me that the connection will be given in 5 working days (Bill No. 54353 and Cheque Number: 806406). The account number assigned to me is 177426.Since then I am calling their customer service centre but there is no proper response and always they say that the connection will be provided in next 24 hours. When I ask them to provide their Nodal officer contact details they boldly say that they donot have such details. Somehow I got their Nodal officer mail ID ([email protected]) and when I write to this mail ID, I got an Autoresponse mail that my issue will be resolved on Priority basis. Since then whenever I mail Nodal officer I get the same Autoreply that my issue will be attended on priority basis. Fedup with many calls to CUstomer Care and many mails to Nodal officer I visited Beam Tele Office situated near my House (Vivekananda Nagar Colonoy) and contacted their Manager (Mr. Arjun) on 21-MAR. He promised me that it shall be done on or before 24th Marc 2011. But till now there is no progress in the connection process and no response from the so called Beam Telecom.
I have all the mail communication with me and the ticket details raised to the Customer Care.
I need you kind help in how should I proceed on such cheats (Beam Telecom PVT. Ltd.). Whether there is any option of filing compliant in Consumer Forum or raise a complaint in TRAI.
